The third of three Egyptians shows I caught on the tour supporting Perspex Island: Washington and Philadelphia over one weekend and then New York City the following Friday. I don't remember why I didn't go up to the show in Boston the next day, but so it goes.... The first half of this show -- though Ultra Unbelieveable Love -- is electric and then the rest of the main set was acoustic with Andy on piano and Morris harmonizing and such. Some chattering from the audience early but it settles down mostly. The vocals are a bit down in the mix but the instruments are clear. A fairly solid recording, I'd say. I have not been able to locate the master cassette for this recording so this is sourced from a first generation listening dub I made for myself.
